Correction
After the publication of ‘Notes from the Editors’ (Smith & Zhang 2019), the editors informed the publisher that the third co-author, Char Miller, had been accidentally left off the author list, and that his name had been mis-stated as ‘Char Hawks’ in the abstract of the article. The author list has been corrected here to show the full list of authors, with their correct names.
